Are you an RMN that has a passion for working with Adults and Carers in their homes? This is an exciting time to join the Wigan North Recovery Team, based at Claire House.

We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our supportive, lively multi-disciplinary team.  The ideal candidate will have post registration experience to provide a high standard of care to service users in the community.

We have 2 roles available, a Senior Nurse Practitioner and a split Senior Nurse Practitioner/Deputy Manager.

The role requires clinicians to travel therefore it is essential that you are able to travel in the course of your duties.

The service covers the Wigan area and the post is currently based at Claire House, Ince. Supporting the service we have nurses, STR Workers, Medical staff, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.

Successful applicants will be offered a full Trust Induction and local work based induction. Any applicants are expected to be fully capable of working with minimal support. Access is given to mandatory training and service specific training as identified in the Management supervision process.

This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
