The Trust are in a position to offer a position as Band 7 Continence Team Manager in Knowsley, working alongside the Operational Managers and the Head of Service for Community Nursing in Knowsley
The successful applicant will work closely with both the established Continence Team and Operational Manager for Speciality Nursing alongside the Head of Service and be accountable and responsible to the Assistant Clinical Director for Knowsley for the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the borough of Knowsley's strategy for the Continence Service within the Borough's Community Nursing Teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support for the Continence Service
Other key responsibilities to be delivered include:
Directly managing the Continence Service within Knowsley
Providing strong visible leadership, challenging poor performance and inappropriate behaviour to drive change.
Demonstrating a commitment to the Trust Vision and Values, a culture of continuous improvement and to ensure effective management and delivery of services.
Ensuring adherence to and promotion of the Trust’s Equality & Diversity Policy across all services.
Ensuring the involvement of service users, carers, diverse community organisations and other key stakeholders in the delivery of the Continence Service.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
