This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual who can provide a high standard of professional leadership to join the Warrington Leadership Team. Working alongside the Assistant Clinical Director Quality Matron we are looking for someone with a positive 'can do' attitude who is continuously striving to develop themselves as a leader.  The matron will help lead an exceptional team ensuring that our patients are at the centre of everything we do.  In this role, you will work with a wide variety of disciplines to develop policy and protocols, provide clinical leadership and ensure effective engagement with patients, their carers’ and staff.

We are looking for a confident leader with exemplary communication and interpersonal skills who is passionate about quality.  As well as being a Registered Clinician, you will be able demonstrate a track record of quality improvement and evidence of cultural transformation.

Applications are welcomed from senior clinicians with experience of working across a variety of clinical settings. This is an ideal opportunity for career development and whilst management experience is preferred, candidates will not be excluded solely on this basis.

Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
