Salary of up to £23,363 plus £3,094 R&R payment and use of works van for travel to and from home.
An opportunity has arisen within the Estates & Facilities Department for experienced Estates Multi-skilled Craftsperson - Electrical Maintenance.
With an electrical trade background to assist both our Directly Employed Labour workforce trade operatives and external contractors in the maintenance and repair of the Trust’s built environment.
Candidates should be a qualified time served electrician with previous experience in electrical maintenance.
In addition you should be able to demonstrate significant knowledge and ability in other maintenance disciplines outside of your trade craft skills.
You should be willing to undertake further formal or informal personal developments to enhance your skills and knowledge to ensure you can provide the highest standards of service to our patients, staff and visitors.
The position will provide support to our Operational Estates services across the wider Trust sites. The Estates & Facilities Department provides a wide range of operational estates repair and maintenance, PPM's, minor works and capital project services across the Trust’s sites.

Working - Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week
This post is subject to a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £29.50 for a standard disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
