An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for NMC registered RN 6 Nurse to work in our Integrated Access St Helens Team.
The post holder would welcome the challenge of working within the multidisciplinary team, working alongside all disciplines, in the community. You will be a valued member of an increasing team working in partnership with the Local Authority. There are a number of elements within IASH and you will be diverse in your ability to offer your skills in each area. We are becoming the first port of call for services within St Helens and you could be part of that service development. This is a very exciting opportunity!
As a highly committed nurse, looking for a fresh challenge, you will have the unique opportunity to work as an autonomous practitioner within our team undertaking clinical assessments, providing relevant treatment and providing high standards of care to all who access our service.
The ability to undertake autonomous clinical examinations, make differential diagnoses and formulate treatment plans is an essential requirement.
We strongly advise that you attend for an informal chat which will give you an insight into the role undertaken by the Band 6 role within the IASH team.
The IASH Team provides a wide range of services to our local population Acute Services, Out of Hours Services and Primary Care.

This post is subject to a an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
