The Trust employs around 4000 staff across our sites and also has a Temporary Bank which offers the flexibility of working shifts around other commitments.
We are committed to providing safe, compassionate care and look to appoint people who are as passionate about patient care as we are.
Are you committed to providing outstanding patient care?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Healthcare Assistants to join our dynamic team. Weaver Ward is a female acute psychiatric unit based at the Brooker Centre in Runcorn.
We are keen to promote high quality services to the people of Halton and fully embrace the 6Cs within our ethos. As such, we are looking for keen, dependable, caring and compassionate candidates, who are committed to high quality healthcare provision. Knowledge of inpatient care is desirable although not essential. You will be expected to assist and support the patients under the guidance of qualified staff in order to promote recovery and well-being. You will be supported by the team and manager and encouraged to develop your skills within the care environment.
