North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (formerly known as 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust until 1st April 2017), provides physical health, mental health and learning disability services across the North West region. The Trust employs around 4000 staff across our sites and also has a Temporary Bank which offers the flexibility of working shifts around other commitments.
We are committed to providing safe, compassionate care and look to appoint people who are as passionate about patient care as we are.
We’re recruiting a band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist for our diverse and friendly services. We are predominantly based within Community settings across Knowsley and St Helens and provide effective clinical support and opportunities for development, therefore a willingness to travel and a flexible approach to working is required for this role.
We provide a number of rotations covering all core areas of Physiotherapy and this is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical expertise and your career within a wide range of settings including Intermediate Care, Early Stroke Discharge, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, and Musculoskeletal services. For a detailed description of the rotations on offer and the clinical settings these are provided in, please see the accompanying rotation booklet.
We have a reciprocal agreement with Liverpool Heart & Chest NHS Foundation Trust by offering one of our rotational posts to a member of their staff in exchange for the opportunity for one of our band 5 rotational physiotherapists to complete a rotation in their organisation.
This is a brand new venture and partnership that has been endorsed by the rotational staff across both organisations.
