The post holder will be responsible for providing assessment, recommendations and evaluation of patients within the service, and delivery of postural stability groups in the community.
The post holder will adhere to the maintenance of standards, both clinical and performance ensuring the delivery of patient centred best practice processes involving the use of the RIO IT system.
The post holder will promote sharing of best practice and consistency across the whole of the service. They will work with the Clinical lead and senior leadership team to implement service developments to meet national and healthcare agendas.
The post holder will be a qualified postural stability instructor with proven ability to work across a multi- disciplinary team, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn new skills.

This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
